Mittal Property had everything a buyer needed on their website - and that was the problem. We restructured it around the decision a buyer is actually making.
Mittal Property sells residential and commercial developments across Bathinda and surrounding areas. Their buyers are making one of the largest financial decisions of their lives, often across several months.
The website reflected that seriousness. Approvals, layouts, documentation, project details - all of it was there. But everything was there at once, with no sense of what a buyer should look at first.
A property buyer does not arrive ready to enquire. They arrive trying to work out whether a property is even worth a phone call. The existing site answered every question at the same time, which meant it answered none of them clearly. Buyers had to do the sorting themselves - and most of them left instead.
These challenges required a solution that was both intelligent and reliable.
We rebuilt the site around the sequence a buyer moves through, not around the information the business had available.
Restructured the information architecture around buyer questions - location, budget, possession, approvals - rather than internal categories
Rebuilt property discovery so a buyer can filter and compare without opening five pages
The redesigned site is live. Project information is now organised into structured sections across developments, with approvals and documentation surfaced at the point of decision.
The result is a system that transforms conversations into actionable clinical intelligence
Complex information is not the problem. Unstructured information is.
